This guide is structured to help you get started using the Qikserve Dashboard, with different sections covering all the parts you will have access to.
Login Process
To log into your Qikserve Dashboard, you can use this link here. This will take you to the dashboard you have been given access to.
There are two types of Dashboards; you can learn more about this here: Global Dashboards
Menu changes
You will also have access to certain actions regarding your menu, such as creating items and modifiers. You will also be able to apply other changes to the menu that affect what and when customers can order.
📌 Note: If your store is integrated with a POS, you will not be able to create/edit items and modifiers. Please head here if that is the case. Manage your POS menu
Marketing
This feature allows you to create promotional offers and discounts that customers can use when ordering from your location.

Manage order
Access will be given to the Expo screen as well, where you can manage your orders that are coming in.

Manage Store Settings
This will allow you to edit certain details relating to the location and set up different features relating to customer ordering.
Mange users
You will be given permissions to add, remove and edit user permissions.
View Analytics
On the dashboard, you will be able to view and export your store analytics data.
