Showcasing how to access and manage orders form your expo screen.

Accessing the expo screen

  1. Log in to your expo screen EMEA & US.

  2. Use the same login details as you do for the Dashboard.

  3. You can also access the order screen from the dashboard

  4. Head to Orders.

  5. Click on Go to Orders Screen, and you'll be directed to the Expo screen.


Managing Orders

  1. Access the Expo Screen.

  2. New orders will be shown in a banner on the list tab.

  3. New orders need to be accepted.

  4. Once accepted, an order will then have 2 options.

  5. On the kitchen page, you can:

    • Set the order for preparing.

    • Set the order to Ready for collection.

๐Ÿค“Tip: You can set orders to Auto-Accept on the sign-in page for the expo screen.


Cancel an order

How to cancel an unwanted order.

โš ๏ธWarning: Cancelling an order using the QikServe dashboard does not refund the customer if they have already paid. The refund needs to be processed manually through your payment providerโ€™s gateway.

  1. Go to Expo

  2. Click on the order you would like to cancel.

  3. Click the red circular button in the top right-hand corner, indicated in the image below by the red arrow.

  4. If a customer requires confirmation, select the send notification button on the bottom right of the pop-up.

  5. Write your message and click Send.


Changing store on the Expo Screen

If you have access to multiple stores, you are able to change between these stores without leaving the expo screen. Follow these steps to see how.

  1. On the Expo screen.

  2. Navigate to the top right.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. On this page, you will see Choose a Store.

  5. Click on the drop-down menu.

  6. The stores your user has access to will be shown.

  7. After selecting a store.

  8. Click Save.

  9. You will be redirected to that store's expo screen.
