How you can add and manage users on your dashboard

Invite users to your dashboard

Adding more users to your dashboard:

  1. On your dashboard, click the Mange Users tab.

  2. To add a new user click the blue plus icon.

  3. Enter the new users details.

    • Name

    • Email

  4. Select their Role.

  5. Select the required permissions.

  6. Click send invite.


Edit a user

What details you can change about a user:

  1. Go to the Manage Users tab.

  2. Hover over the user you wish to edit.

  3. Select the pencil icon to edit the user.

  4. You can change a users

    • Name.

    • Email.

    • Permissions

  5. Click done to save changes.


Delete a user

Remove user form your dashboard.

  1. Got to the Manage Users tab.

  2. hover over the user you wish to remove.

  3. select the bin icon to delete.

πŸ€“ Tip: Once you delete a user you can reinstate them.


πŸ“ŒNote: These permissions options can be viewed if the feature is enabled for your store.

Manage user roles

Manage users access to certain part of the dashboard:

  1. Navigate on your dashboard to the Manage Users tab.

  2. However over the user you wish to edit

  3. Select the pencil icon to edit the user.

  4. Click done to save changes.


What different permissions can a user have

Permission

Access

View analytics

Allows the user to view and export data from the analytic tabs.

View restricted analytics

Allows the user to view more in depth analytical data.

Manage delivery zones

The user will be able to make and edit delivery zones.

Events Manager

For event stores, this will allow for the use to create and mange events.

Manage Employee

This will allow for use of the Employee feature if enabled for that store.

Manage operational hours

This permission will give access to operation hours and allow the user make changes to them.

Manage menus

This will allow the user to construct and manage menus for a store including:

  • Add, edit and delete menu items including the pricing

  • Create modifiers and attach them to menu sections and items

  • Add images to items and menu sections

  • Hide items and make items Out of Stock

Operator

Can only be used by the user on the global dashboard an requires for the Hotline feature to be enabled.

Manage offers

This will allow the user to create dashboard level promotions.

Manage outlets

Allow the user to view and edit customer facing information such as outlet name, descriptions, and also assign a menu to an outlet.

View kitchen screen

This will allow the user to access the login URL for the expo screen, where orders can be managed by the operator, in the absence of POS integration.

Stock manager

Access to the Menus tab, but they will only be able to adjust item availability

Venue settings

Access to Store Settings at administrator level, which includes Payments, Notifications, and Styling. This is a substantial user permission.

Manage groups

This role is only available on the global dashboard and gives the user access to only the Manage Groups tab.

πŸ€“Tip: Once a users permissions have been changed, log out and back to take affect.
