Set up Order Capacity
On the dashboard head to the Store Settings section.
Then click on the Order Capacity tab.
Here you will see the kitchen order capacity field and other capacity sections according to what services you have enabled.
e.g. collection and delivery.
This will limit how many orders can be placed per slot interval.
Slot interval is the size of slots customers can select when ordering.
These will begin from the opening time to closing time and can be any size.
e.g. for 6 slots per hour you would need to have 10 minute intervals.
📌Note : Kitchen order capacity will supersede all other capacity settings.
Set up dynamic capacity
To expand or reduce the order capacity per slot, follow the steps below:
Open the Order Capacity page, then scroll to Services Capacity.
Under Dynamic Capacity.
Enter the amount of order per dynamic.
Expanded order capacity will be larger than default and will allow for more orders to be placed per slot.
Reduced order capacity will be less than default and reduce the amount of orders that can be placed per slot.
