Onboarding Qikserve Payments
Log in to your QikServe Global dashboard.
Learn how to access your Global Dashboard here.
Select Qikserve Payments.
Then Select Settings.
You will see a Qikserve Payments box.
Click Setup Account to sign into your Stripe account and complete setup.
Accessing Qikserve Payments reporting
How to access QP reporting from your dashboard.
Log in to your QikServe Global dashboard.
Learn how to access your Global Dashboard here.
Select Qikserve Payments.
The overview screen will display Qikserve Payments data.
The date can be changed by using the date filter.
This data includes:
Total sales.
Number of successful transactions.
Number of failed transactions.
Average order value.
From here, you can also access:
Transactions reporting
View all transactions in a certain time frame.
Payout reporting
View all the payout information for your store.

Make a refund
Learn how to initiate a refund from the dashboard.
Log in to your store on the QikServe Dashboard.
Select the Orders tab at the bottom left of your dashboard.
Identify the order you would like to refund.
You can do this by searching for their order number.
Click on the order you would like to refund
Then select Refund Order.
You will have the option to either:
Refund the amount in full.
Partially refund it.
Give a reason for the refund.
All refunded orders can be viewed by going to:
Analytics.
Then Orders.
Then, click the refunds report.
