📌Note: This is currently only available for web ordering.
Order again is powerful tool to allow customers who have already previously ordered, a quick way to re-order by showing them their past orders at the top of the menu.
Access order again
How to access the feature and view it's reporting:
On your Qikserve dashboard, click on the menus tab.
Select order again from the options.
This page will show reporting for the feature including
Items re-ordered.
interaction rate.
Average item value.
Order again revenue.
Set up order again
Configure the order again feature to your liking:
On the order again screen select the blue settings button in the top right.
To make the feature viewable you to need enable the feature, this can be done in the top left of the settings page.
Now you can setup the feature.
Add a title for the order again carousel.
You have the option whether or not images are shown.
Lastly you can choose what is shown, there are 3 options.
Previously ordered items
Previous orders
Hybrid - last order, followed by previous items
Click save.
