Stores
This section allows you to control the Status of all the stores under the Global Channel.
Log in to your Global Channel.
On the left navigation bar.
Select Store Management.
Click Stores.
You will be shown a list of stores.
To change the status of all:
Click the drop-down in the top right under Stores Statuses.
To change individual stores:
Scroll through the list or search using the name of the store under Stores.
Click the drop-down under Current Status.
Categories
This section will allow you to group your stores into categories, for example, by location or food type. These will be shown on the new Store organisation page.
Log in to your Global Channel.
On the left navigation bar.
Select Store Management.
Click Categories.
In the top right, click Add New.
Fill in the Details section:
Display Title
Internal Description
Category Image
In the Stores section.
Select the stores that will be assigned to this category.
You can manually select the store or apply conditions.
The organization section allows you to manually adjust the presentation of the stores.
Click Save & Publish to save and make live.
Click Save as Draft to save, but not make it live yet.
The Categories view can be disabled at any point as well.
Click Display Settings in the top right.
Toggle Categories Display off to turn off the feature.
Or you can do this for individual categories.
Click the toggle next to the category to do this.
Hero Sections
This feature is a good way to promote stores or campaigns on your Store Organization page.
Log in to your Global Channel.
On the left navigation bar.
Select Store Management.
Click Hero Sections.
In the top right, click Add New.
Fill in the Details:
Display Title
Internal Description
Under Schedule:
Set when this hero section is shown.
Stores:
Select which stores or store is a part of this Hero Section.
Organization:
Allows you to change the order if there are multiple stores.
Click Save & Publish to save and make live.
Click Save as Draft to save, but not make it live yet.
The Hero Section display can be disabled at any point as well.
Click Display Settings in the top right.
Toggle Hero Section Display off to turn off the feature.
Or you can do this for individual categories.
Click the toggle next to the category to do this.
Store Tags
Give your store tags so they can be easily categorized. These tags will be viewable by customers.
Log in to your Global Channel.
On the left navigation bar.
Select Store Management.
Click Store Tags.
In the top right, click Add New.
Fill in the Details:
Tag Name
Internal Description
Tag Display Position:
Add to list of tags.
The tag will be shown in a list along with other content.
Add to banner
The tag will be displayed highlighted over the store banner.
Stores
Select which stores will have this tag applied.
Click Save & Publish to save and make live.
Click Save as Draft to save, but not make it live yet.
Store Display sections
Here, you can customize what is shown on the Store Cards and Hero Sections.
Log in to your Global Channel.
On the left navigation bar.
Select Store Management.
Click Store Display Settings.
Default Settings
Under Default Settings
Select the Default Service
Default stores list sorting:
Closest
Fastest
Default Stores listing title
Set the title you wish to be displayed
Click Save & Publish when done.
Store Card Display
Customize the information sorting in store cards. Toggle each piece of information you would like shown or not shown. Click Save & Publish when done.
