Learn how to use your dashboard as a test environment before going live. Allowing you to test the the full ordering journey your customers will take, before making your store live to the public.

Change the status of your store

How to change the status of your store on the dashboard:

  1. On the dashboard head to the top left.

  2. Next to the store name will be a status and a arrow to open a drop down menu.

  3. Select the arrow to open the menu.

  4. Here you can choose from three different status.

Available statuses

There are 3 status that we offer for the Dashboard:

  1. Live

    • This status should be used when your dashboard is fully setup and you are ready to take orders.

  2. Demo

    • Demo can be used when your store is setup or in the process of being setup, in this mode you will be able to place orders using the full journey.

    • However these orders will not be charge or recorded in your reporting.

  3. Offline

    • Should be used when the store is not open and not looking to be tested or take any orders.

    • You will still be able to make changes via the dashboard.


Place a test order

How to place a demo order to test the ordering of your store:

  1. Change the status of your store to demo.

  2. Open your public web ordering page,

    • You can do this by going to the Styling tab on the dashboard

    • Select Web Orders then click the preview in browser

    • This will open the web ordering page

  3. On the web ordering page you can go through the full ordering journey
