Create sync schedules for your stores to update menus and items from the POS.

Setting up a Sync Schedule

Sync is the action of matching the availability and price of items/modifiers on your POS with the same items and modifiers on your QikServe dashboard/menu.

  1. Go to your Global Dashboard.

  2. Click on Menus.

  3. Then Sync Schedule.

  4. Click the blue New Schedule button.

  5. Fill in internal details:

    • Title

    • Description

  6. Set the Sync Settings:

    • What data to pull price and or availability.

    • Frequency of the sync.

  7. Select which stores you wish the sync to be actioned on.

  8. On the sync review, view and confirm the sync setup.

  9. Click Publish schedule to start the automation.

  10. Click Publish schedule and sync now to publish and action a sync.
