Create an outlet
Outlets allow you to display different menus. Simply create more than one menu and create a new outlet for each of them, and attach them to your Outlet Locations.
On the dashboard, go to outlets.
Next, select my outlets.
Select the blue plus symbol to create a new outlet.
Fill in the information on your new outlet:
Outlet name.
Description.
Directions.
External ID.
Select the menu you wish this outlet to point to.
Click Done to save the new outlet.
Create an outlet location
Outlet Locations is the configuration flow that you want to present to the customer. By creating a seating flow, you can make sure they select the correct location, which you can also do for Collection if you have more than one collection point available. When configuring Outlet Locations, you create a location and specify which service you would like it to have, and then you attach an Outlet, which gives it a menu to display.
On the dashboard, go to Outlets.
Then select outlet locations.
Click the blue plus symbol to create a new group.
Add a group label.
Click Done to create the group.
Inside the group, click the blue plus symbol.
Fill in the details for the new outlet location
Location name.
Location type.
Select the service it's going to use.
Click Done to create.
Add an outlet to an outlet location
This is how to add an outlet to an outlet location, to connect the correct menu to the correct service/journey.
On the dashboard, go to Outlets.
Click on outlet locations.
Click on the Add Outlets button on the right.
Drag the correct outlet to the correct outlet location in the group.
Adding a custom field to outlets
You can add another field pop-up when a customer is ordering through an outlet that is assigned to an outlet location.
Navigate to Outlets.
Then click Outlet Locations.
Hover over the outlet location you wish to add a field to.
Click the double t icon.
Give a name to the new field.
Click Done.
Click the blue plus symbol to add a question.
Fill out the fields:
Field name
placeholder text
Select whether this is a required field, making it mandatory or optional.
Click Done to save.
