Set up Guest Conversion for your store
Learn how to make your first guest conversion campaign.
Go to your Global Dashboard.
Click Marketing.
Then click Guest conversion.
Select the blue CREATE NEW CAMPAIGN button to start.
You will be shown what this will look like for customers.
On the right-hand side, select the pop-up option.
This will determine if this message is shown when a customer completes an order as a guest.
Fill in the internal details:
Internal name.
Internal description.
Toggle whether this is shown to people who have previously opted out of the campaign.
Under the sign-up section, set the colour and styling for the:
Banner.
Title.
The success section allows you to control the styling for the success screen.
The buttons section allows you to control the styling of the button shown in the campaign.
Click the Publish to Stores button at the top to make it active for your stores.
