Adding suggestive selling to your platform
Follow these steps to add the feature to your store. If the feature is missing, reach out to support to have it added.
On the dashboard, select the Menus tab.
Click on Suggestive Selling.
Select Create on the cross-basket sell image.
Enter the cross-sell details.
Internal name.
Internal description
Title
Set the condition for the cross-sell to be shown.
Cross-sell schedule:
Start Date.
End date.
Cross-sell Availability.
Menu to apply cross-selling to.
Restriction type
Days
Set the offered items in the cross-sell:
Simple mode
Add up to 7 items to be shown in the cross-sell form from a list of all items.
Advanced mode
Create rules that can determine what items are shown if they fall under the rules.
