Sending a push notification
Push notifications are available for stores that have native mobile apps (iOS or Android), but not for WebOrders-only stores.
Push notifications do have some limitations:
The user has to have the store's app installed on their device.
When installing the app, the user must choose to accept notifications.
The user must be logged into their account with the store in order to receive the push notifications.
To send a push notification:
Go to your dashboard.
Go to Analytics in the sidebar.
Click on Customers.
Click the three dots on the top bar and then send push notification.
