Custom legal documents

Using the the custom legal documents feature on your dashboard.

Custom legal documents are a feature that has been created to provide an option to manage your own T&C’s, as well as other important documents such as your privacy policy and allergy Information.

Adding legal documents to your platform

  1. Log in to your global dashboard.

  2. Select policies from the side menu.

The way to add Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Accessibility statement, and Cookie Consent.

  1. Under policies, select Terms & Conditions.

  2. Select in product or an external URL.

  3. This refers to how the customer will be shown the terms and conditions.

    • In product, will navigate users to a page with the text you have entered.

    • External URL will open a page based on the URL you have entered.

  4. To save changes, click Publish.

  5. The same steps can be used for the Privacy Policy and the Accessibility statement.

Adding allergy information

Adding allergy information to be shown on the menu for customers. This can be an allergy consultation or allergen information; you can add a link to an external allergen web page.

  1. Under policies, select Allergy information.

  2. Click the Add New button to create a template.

  3. Enter the internal details:

    • Title.

    • Description.

  4. Select the display options of the allergen:

    • In product.

    • External document.

  5. You can also enable this to be shown as a banner at the top of the menu; otherwise, it's shown in the footer at the bottom of the menu.

  6. Enter the allergens policy data in either of the previously selected options:

    • External document URL.

    • In product text.

  7. You can also enable an allergen pop-up to show when customers load the ordering app.

  8. Add the details of the pop-up if enabled:

    • Title.

    • Descriptom

    • Outcome pop-up

    • Display a message for blocked orders.

  9. Under deployment, you can add a consent message to a specific item.

  10. Enable the feature

    • Add the item ID found on the POS.

    • Add the consent name

    • Select which product for the message.

  11. After all settings have been set, you can select which stores this can be added to.

  12. You can make multiple templates so each store can have individual allergen information.
